Disclaimer & Event Guidelines – BNI Holi Family Event

By proceeding with registration and payment, participants agree to the following:

A. This is a BNI Members and Family event. All attendees are expected to maintain decorum and a family-friendly environment.

B. Only skin-friendly, dry colours are permitted, strictly subject to venue approval. Wet colours, chemical colours, water balloons, eggs, mud, or any harmful substances are not allowed.

C. Participation in colours, food, games, and activities is voluntary. The organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, allergy, health issue, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

D. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.

E. All participants must follow venue rules, safety guidelines, and instructions issued by the organizers or venue staff. Any damage to venue property shall be the responsibility of the individual concerned.

F. The event may be photographed or recorded. Registration implies consent for use of photos/videos for BNI communication and promotional purposes.

G.Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

H.The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry or take appropriate action in case of non-compliance with the above guidelines.

The registration fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, medical emergencies, or change of plans.

The registrations are non-transferable. Entry will be allowed only to the registered BNI participant.

REFUND PILOCY :

No refund will be provided in case of:
Absence on the event day
Late arrival
Personal reasons
Travel issues

If the event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances (government restrictions, natural calamities, etc.), the registration will be:
Adjusted to the new date
No refund will be processed

Event Cancellation by Organizers
Only in case the event is completely cancelled by the organizers, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after deducting applicable transaction/processing charges.
